Refund policy

Craftology®, operated by ANRO Enteprises Corporation, offers the highest quality products at the best prices. All items sold go through strict quality control as we inspect and pack every order with care, so all sales are considered final.

However, if you experience any of the following issues, we will gladly assist you:

  • You received a defective or damaged item
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item does not match the description

Return window: You may request a return or replacement within 7 calendar days from the date your order was received.

Return costs: For defective, damaged, or wrong items, return shipping is free. For other reasons (if accepted), the buyer covers the return shipping cost. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In its original condition and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

We do not accept returns for change of mind, used items, or products damaged after delivery.

If your return is approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on stock availability.
