Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Bulacan, Philippines. Our customers have the option to choose from a select number of trusted local couriers and estimated shipping costs are provided upon check-out.  In cases where orders demand special shipping arrangements, customers will be notified by one of our designated representatives through contact information provided upon check-out.

Orders are typically fulfilled within one working day from payment confirmation and tracking details are provided to the customer upon waybills generation. However, please note that we do not ship on Sundays and major holidays.
